DepEd leaders strengthen 2025 Palarong Pambansa operations
As student-athletes showcased their skills at the 2025 Palarong Pambansa, top officials from the Department of Education (DepEd) focused on ensuring the event’s success behind the scenes.
The Department of Education (DepEd) Executive Committee members, joined by Region 9 Officials led by Regional Director Ruth Fuentes, and National Capital Region officials, convened at Ilocos Norte National High School (INNHS) for a joyful gathering.
The visit aimed to strengthen coordination, address logistical concerns, and fine-tune strategies for the ongoing national games.
Present during the visit were Undersecretary Peter Irving Corvera, Assistant Secretary Nilo Rosas, Undersecretary Wilfredo Cabral, and Undersecretary Malcom Garma, alongside Assistant Secretary Jocelyn DR Andaya and R9 Regional Director Ruth Fuentes (Region IX).
