Palaro Secretary General congratulates NCR, reassures safety of athletes until the end of Palaro
OIC-Undersecretary for Operations and Secretary General of 2025 Palarong Pambansa, Malcolm S. Garma extended his congratulations to NCR Metro Stars excellent performance in the 65th Palarong Pambansa after bagging 117 gold, 69 silver and 49 bronze medals at Ilocos Norte on May 30.
“I would like to congratulate NCR for the initial performance that you have been showing in all the events,” the Undersecretary expressed.
