Pasay prodigy strikes 5 gold in 2025 Palaro Gymnastics
With the dream of following the footsteps of Olympic Medalist Carlos Yulo, a young NCR Metro Star gymnast stood atop the podium of the Men’s Artistic Gymnastic (MAG) Cluster 1 Elementary Boys at Ilocos Norte National High School (NNHSS) Gymnasium, May 26.
Under the guidance of coach Annieflor R. Fajilagmago, 9-year-old Arman Jr. Hernandez from Pasay clinched five gold medals across various gymnastics disciplines.
He dominated the floor exercise, vaulting table, and horizontal bar events, while securing the top spot in Individual All-Around (IAA) and Team Championship.
Hernandez also highlighted that the road to victory was tough, emphasizing that consistent daily training made his golden finish possible.
