DepEd NCR Holds Workshop to Enhance WEBTA Portal Functionality
DepEd NCR through Field Technical Assistance Division (FTAD) is currently conducting a three-day regional workshop from July 15 to 17, 2025, focusing on the enhancement of the Web-Based Technical Assistance (WEBTA) Portal. The activity brings together Information Technology Officers (ITOs) from the Schools Division Offices, personnel from the ORD-ICTU, and FTAD staff to collaboratively assess existing portal features, identify content and interface issues, and propose responsive digital improvements.
Now in full swing, the workshop features interactive sessions such as portal redesign, content mapping, and integration planning for analytics and feedback tools. Participants are working in groups to co-develop more intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly versions of their respective SDO portals. Once finalized, the enhancements are expected to streamline documentation, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and improve the overall delivery of technical assistance across the region.
