Mendoza, Director IV of External Partnerships Service, who also introduced the innovative Adopt-a-School website platform—a game-changer for school-community partnerships. Ms. Micah G. Pacheco, OIC-Chief of CLMD presented updates on the LRMS Portal, ensuring streamlined learning resource management. 16 Schools Division Offices showcased their literacy initiatives and best practices, highlighting their commitment to elevating education in the region.
