DepEd NCR Strengthens Partnerships through Innovation and Results-Based Collaboration

DepEd National Capital Region successfully conducted the Regional Partnership Innovation Lab with the theme “Partnerships for Impact: Designing M&E for Real Results” on July 16, 2026, at the DepEd NCR Conference Hall.
The activity featured insightful sessions from Mr. Rolly V. Soriano, who discussed DepEd’s Strategic Direction on Partnership: Strategic Synergies—Navigating DepEd’s 2026 Roadmap for High-Impact Collaboration; Dr. Maria Laarni Carla Cayanan-Paranis, who presented Developing the Partnership M&E Framework: From Activities to Impact—Designing a Results-Based Management Framework for Education Partnerships; and Ms. Rowena A. Reyes, who shared Using ICT-Enabled Transparency: Using the DPDS for Outcome Tracking.
The event was attended by Senior Education Program Specialists, Education Program Specialists II, and school non-teaching personnel handling the Adopt-a-School Program (ASP) and DepEd Partnership Database (DPDS) from the Schools Division Offices across the National Capital Region.
Through meaningful discussions, workshops, and sharing of best practices, DepEd NCR continues to strengthen transparent, strategic, and results-driven partnerships for every learner.
