Unity for Education: Successful 2nd NCR Education Committee Meeting
The 2nd Coordination Meeting of the NCR Education Committee was successfully held today, August 13, 2026, at Varela Hall, DepEd NCR Regional Office. DepEd NCR Regional Director and concurrent OIC-Assistant Secretary for Operations, Asec. Jocelyn DR Andaya spearheaded the meeting, attended by CHED-NCR Regional Director Atty. Marco Cicero F. Domingo and TESDA-NCR Regional Director Angelina M. Carreon, along with their respective delegations.
The meeting covered the Regional Education Agenda, potential collaborations, and the three priorities for the next three years. The Cluster Technical Working Group was also established to strengthen the coordination of the three agencies. EQUIP also shared their expertise. The said meeting demonstrated the continued cooperation of DepEd, CHED, and TESDA towards a better and quality education in the National Capital Region.
