Asec. Andaya Leads DepEd NCR Delegates in the Parade and Opening Ceremony of NSPC 2026
It is truthful and meaningful that Asec. Jocelyn DR Andaya leads the active participation of DepEd NCR delegates in the parade and opening ceremony of the National School Press Conference (NSPC) 2026 with OIC-ARD Rita E. Riddle and other selected officials. The spirit of interfacing and collaboration between and among the Regional Office and Schools Division Offices was observe through active, alive, alert, and enthusiastic actions enacted by the educational leaders and learners during the parade and opening ceremony embracing the competence, dedication and integrity.
Ormoc City Mayor, Hon. Lucy Torres highlighted that “the quality of the story depends on the storyteller.” While journalist Atom Araullo inspired the educational leaders especially the learners that it is a great opportunity and responsibility in giving right, accurate, integrity-based, and truthful information.
