Championing Quality Through Collaboration!

The Department of Education – NCR, through the Knowledge Management Team (KMT), recently held a Community of Practice (CoP) among its dedicated KMT members and Document Controllers under the Quality Management System (QMS) on June 5, 2025.

This initiative provided a platform for sharing effective document control practices, addressing common challenges, and reinforcing standards that ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with ISO and DepEd QMS requirements.

Highlights of the CoP include:
✅ Streamlining document tracking and updating processes
✅ Sharing tools and templates for efficient records management
✅ Enhancing internal communication and coordination
✅ Strengthening adherence to QMS procedures across all divisions

Through this collaborative effort, DepEd NCR continues to promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement—ensuring that every document contributes to better service delivery and educational outcomes.
