PASS-NCR Elects New Officers, SDS Carleen S. Sedilla Takes Helm as President

The Philippine Association of Schools Superintendents – National Capital Region (PASS-NCR) has successfully concluded its election of officers, ushering in a new leadership team dedicated to advancing educational excellence in the region. Leading the association as its newly elected President is SDS Carleen S. Sedilla of SDO Quezon City, who brings a wealth of experience and a steadfast commitment to empowering school leaders.

The oath-taking ceremony, presided over by DepEd NCR Regional Director, Asec. Jocelyn DR Andaya, marked a significant moment for the organization. Also in attendance was former PASS President and retired SDS Rita E. Riddle, whose legacy of leadership continues to inspire the association.

In a show of unity, all Schools Division Superintendents and Assistant Schools Division Superintendents pledged their full support to the newly elected officers, reaffirming their shared vision for quality education and collaborative governance.
