Culture of Quality: DepEd NCR Sparks Regional Workplace Transformation
A significant stride towards enhancing workplace standards was launched as DepEd NCR convened its Quality Workplace Team representatives for a pivotal engagement meeting on September 19.
Presided over by DepEd NCR Regional Director and concurrent Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Operations, Asec. Jocelyn Dr. Andaya, as represented by Cash Section Head and Quality Workplace Team Leader, Ms. Naynie L. Ducut, the engagement served as the official orientation for the recently issued DepEd Memo No. 068, s. 2025. The agenda focused on a deep dive into the Quality Workplace PAWIM framework, including its practical tools, checklists, and reporting templates. A key outcome was the collaborative effort to update the region’s Quality Workplace Organizational Structure, ensuring a robust and responsive system for all personnel.
This gathering marks a committed step by DepEd NCR to foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and exceptional service delivery across all its schools and offices, ultimately benefiting the entire educational community.
